Judge of the Napa County lose his job after last year was stolen during a supper club in San Francisco two of the business card holder.

This was stated today, on Monday, the judicial disciplinary Commission of the state.

70-year-old Michael Williams will officially retire on December 5 of this year and will no longer have the possibility to be elected as a judge.

The Commission condemned Williams for conduct that «undermines public confidence in the judicial system,» reports SFGate.

The judge agreed with this decision. «I had to resist the impulse,» he says. «It was stupid, wrong, and I disappointed myself».

In March 2016, during a dinnerorganized by the American Academy of matrimonial lawyers, Williams stole a pair of holders for business cards from the table when he left. Later he said that he just planned to put them in the comic business cards that they printed another 40 years ago.

But he «spotted» a surveillance camera. The judge returned to the holders and wrote a letter of apology.

«I have no excuse. But I had a couple of glasses of wine and thought about what you’re doing,» — said in the letter.
