In a statement, the company JetBlue explained why the family was asked to leave the plane.
«It was an argument that included physical threats to one of our passengers. Therefore, the door of the plane opened, and the family was politely asked to leave to discuss the situation. They have repeatedly refused, after which the flight crew called for law enforcement officials. Customers were provided compensation,» — said in a statement.
In JetBlue added that the family dropped not because of the actions of their children. We now decide whether the family later adopted restrictions on flights of this airline.
