In Chicago , dozens of LGBT activists gathered to protest because of an incident with one of the parishioners Apostolic Church of God in South Side.

According to CBS 2, one of the parishioners decided to marry a woman, then pastor of the Church said during the sermon that it can no longer be a member.

«We spoke with her earlier last week, and I explained the Church’s position against homosexual marriage. It is understood and agreed that no longer will be able to remain a parishioner here,» said the pastor, Reverend Byron Brazier.

But the activists on this occasion had a different opinion.

«God loves all people without distinction. Love is love,» says one of LGBT activists, Maxwell brown.

According to them, a member of the Church was the grandmother of this woman, her mother, and then she for 30 years, and the decision of the pastor unfairly.

After protests pastor Brazier noted that he admits that in this country people have different beliefs, and the woman may at any time to come to Church, despite the fact that would not formally be a member, but she replied with a refusal.

The Apostolic Church was founded in Chicago 85 years ago, and now has 20 thousand members.
