If today you are faced with the delay of the trains, you should know that to blame need not MTA, and the cat, who suddenly decided to walk on the tracks.
According to officials, the cat appeared at the station Rockaway Avenue , Bed-Stuy at around 7:30, prompting the MTA to launch Express C from Broadway Junction to Utica Avenue.
The normal operation of trains was resumed about 30 minutes with some delays, according to MTA.
It should be noted that the current head of the MTA Joe Lhota during his previous tenure was not seen in special favors for cats. So, in 2013, he said that happened to be on the rails kittens is not the reason for the disruption of the subway. Since then, apparently, the officer revised his views.
