Tropical storm josé could again become a hurricane

Next week a tropical storm Jose will pass between Bermuda and the East coast of the United States, creating dangerous waves.

«We expect Jose will fluctuate between a minimal hurricane and a tropical storm in the next few days,» – said the expert on hurricanes Den Kottlowski from AccuWeather.

According to the National hurricane center, beginning Friday, maximum sustained winds of the storm was about 110 km/h. Jose is centered approximately 575 miles North-East of the Bahamas and is moving West to Nord-West at a speed of about 13 km/h.

«Despite the fact that Jose is not close to land, at least on Monday, it will generate great excitement that spread far beyond the hurricane,» added Kottlowski.

Next week rough surf because Jose will be visible from Florida to Massachusetts. As reported by AccuWeather, the strength and frequency of the cutting movements will increase just at the time when many rescue workers have ceased to be on duty on the beaches, and people, on the contrary, go there to enjoy the warming.

The trajectory of the storm Jose

There are several ways that josé can do next week. First: the coming storm completely out to sea. In this case, Jose will be dangerous for cruise and Maritime transport in the North Atlantic.

Another likely route will lead Jose further to the West, bringing clouds, rain and gusty winds will reach the coast of the Middle Atlantic and New England and eventually Atlantic Canada.

«The constant onshore flow in some areas may lead to flooding of coastal areas during the periods of the tides for many days, even if Jose will be at a distance of several hundred miles from the coast,» said AccuWeather senior meteorologist Alex Sosnowski.

As it became known on Thursday night in the Atlantic formed the fourteenth tropical depression off the West coast of Africa. The system will move to the West and probably in the next few days will be a tropical storm.
