On the eve of International women’s day in new York and other parts of the East coast of the United States struck the second in this March’s bad weather.

- in Queens — from 42 to 117 mm
- in Staten island — 95 mm,
- in the Bronx — 62
- in Brooklyn — from 37 to 102 mm
