The state of new York was swept by a devastating tornado (video)

Yesterday, October 29, in the East of long island (NY) was was a tornado. The elements raged in the morning on fishers island, pulling a root trees and damaging power lines.

According to the National weather service, the wind speed of a tornado during the «landing» on the shore reached 65-85 mph (105-137 km) per hour. Penetrated deep into fishers island more than 3 km, tornado returned to the Atlantic ocean.

The Department of emergency management Suffolk County reports numerous fallen trees and transmission towers across the island, near Connecticut. Some small wooden buildings just ripped off the Foundation. Of deaths and injuries information, fortunately, has not yet been reported.

Tornado in October is very rare for long island, but not in 2018. Per month this is the second tornado in Suffolk County. First swept through the district Ronkonkoma in early October. Then people were not injured, but the element also knocked down dozens of trees.
