Heavy rainfall led to flash floods in new York

On Friday after heavy rain some of the streets of new York and neighboring States were more like rivers. Flash floods were registered in Hackettstown, new Jersey, and has led to problems with traffic in Central Park.

Because of the abundance of water the police were forced to temporarily closed to vehicles and pedestrians 86 th street, located in a popular area of the Big Apple.

Even more intense rain fell on the airport of La Guardia in Queens. According to the national weather service dropped to 48 mm of rain.

After the storm from behind the clouds for a while the sun came out, but forecasters warned residents of new York that the storm could return to the night. Intermittent rain also expected on Saturday.

However, worry not: the weekend is hopelessly flawed — Sunday promises to be warm and Sunny.

Dry weather will stay in new York for Monday and Tuesday again, the possibility of rain.
