Ahead of the long awaited weekend and hundreds of California residents are going to relax by the ocean. However, this weekend the plans would be worth to reconsider — according to weather forecasters, on the beaches will be unsafe. Off the coast of the Golden state are expected to be strong waves and rip current — echoes of the devastating hurricane «Hillary«, which occurred near the Mexican state of Baja California.
Dangerous conditions will occur on Friday — the closer the elements, the waves, the height of which currently varies between 50 and 120 cm, will increase to 90 — 150 cm, and the output reached 180 cm.
The national weather service warns Californians about the risk while visiting the beaches: the warning will come into force on Friday at 10:00 and will last until Tuesday evening.

According to the Agency, the storm most likely will fall on the beaches of long beach, Malibu, point Mugu and Port Haenam. In some regions the height of the waves will reach 213 cm
In the affected regions are also expected minor coastal flooding and powerful reverse flow.
