In the daily newspaper Wall Street Journal has reported that the US plans to prohibit military aircraft of the Russian Federation to fly in connection with the obstacle of Russia in the monitoring of the Kaliningrad region, where there is a warehouse of heavy weaponry.
Zakharov stressed that «nobody has cancelled the principle of reciprocity in international relations». She promised to carry out an assessment of US actions to determine whether they correspond to the open skies Treaty.
