Boy reunited with mom who I haven’t seen in «52 dreams», thanks to the letter to the Sheikh of United Arab Emirates

The boy 7 years was able to reunite with his mother in the United Arab Emirates after 2 months of separation due to the fact that he wrote a letter to the ruler of the Emirate of RAS al-Khaimah.

Briton Jessica Fitzjohn lived in the United Arab Emirates with her husband Richard and son Archie. She flew to the UK for the funeral of his father in March, but was unable to go back after the United Arab Emirates closed their borders in response to the pandemic coronavirus. The result is little Archie was left without a mother for a long 50 days.

In desperation, on Monday, the child decided to write a letter to Sheikh Saud Ibn Saqr al-Qasimi to allow Jessica to return to the country. And the incredible happened – the Prince responded to a letter from the child, and allow women to return to the country. As it turned out, he was touched by the handwritten message boy.

Archie wrote in his letter: «it has been in 52 dreams I separated from my mom.» Also, the child drew his mother and signed «the day my mom would come home to me».

Sheikh Saud Ibn Saqr al-Qasimi (64 years) has allowed Jessica to return to the country and met the boy the next day, writing: «I am very proud, what a brave boy. I hope her coming back will put a smile on your face».

Jessica will have to spend in quarantine for 14 days after returning to the United Arab Emirates. She admitted: «I will always be grateful for this moment. Thank you to everyone who took part in the us».

And dad Richard said: «We are absolutely amazed by what I received hand written letter from His Highness. We will always be grateful to him».

UAE closed its borders to all foreign nationals on 19 March, as reported by the British Embassy. The government also banned all UAE nationals to leave the country.
