A North Dakota farmer's neighbors harvested for him after a man had a heart attack in the middle of his field.
Lane Unhym was harvesting wheat and canola on September 9 when his combine caught fire, according to neighbor Don Anderson. Lane was fighting a fire when he suffered a heart attack.
When the farmer's neighbors learned about the incident, about 60 of them decided to harvest on the 1,000-acre plot instead of Unhyeom: bringing 11 combines, 6 grain trucks and 15 tractor trailers, KFYR reports.
It took the Good Samaritans 7 hours to complete the task. As the neighbors explain, they knew how much Lane's family would have suffered if someone had not harvested.
