North Korea threatens the United States to stay away from South Korea

North Korea warned the US to “keep its mouth shut” over the growing conflict between North Korea and South Korea.

Kwon Chong Gang, director general of the Department of North Korean Affairs, called the US “double game” “disgusting” «, Agence France-Presse reported, citing state news agency KCNA.

Gan said Washington should «keep its mouth shut and look after its own internal affairs first» before criticizing their country.

The report says Hun warned Washington not to interfere in the politics of the two Koreas if it wants to avoid “horrors” and ensure an “easy conduct” of the presidential election in November.

The veiled threat comes a day before the two-year anniversary of the landmark summit in Singapore, at which Kim Jong-in shook hands with President Trump, becoming the first North Korean leader to meet with a sitting US president.

Recall that Pyongyang threatened to close the inter-Korean office ties and other joint projects, unless South Korea prevents “defectors from sending political leaflets to the North.”
