Once behind bars, a young resident of West Virginia didn’t waste any time. He decided to organize the drug trade, with the support of private … grandmother.
However, the idea of the family was not able to — they were caught red-handed.
In early September, 64-year-old Caroline Lowe gay came to visit grandson in the Eastern regional jail near Martinsburg, and brought him the transmission. In addition it had 22 tubes for drinking, in which the grandmother of the prisoner hid heroin and other drugs.
