To see this magic spectacle with my own eyes, people come to the state of new Mexico from all over the world. The first festival was held in 1972 year, when only 13 balloons were launched from the Parking lot of the shopping center. For more than 40 years of Balloon Fiesta has grown to multiple events taking place all year round in a specially designed Park balloons with an area of 365 acres.
