A College student filed a lawsuit against the girl, demanding $6 million. The guy claims that the charges about rape at the party ruined his life.
22-year-old Catherine Reddington from long island have repeatedly stated in social networks that classmate Alex Goldman raped her after a party in April 2017 at the fraternity Delta Kappa Epsilon Syracuse University (new York).
«I woke up in the fraternity Delta Kappa Epsilon in bed Alex Goldman, confused, and bleeding, with bruises, torn clothes, – I wrote to Catherine earlier this month. Alex Goldman is a rapist.»
But the Alex and the Onondaga County district attorney bill Fitzpatrick presented a different version of the events that occurred that night.
According to court documents, the result of a lengthy investigation, which included medical examination, collection of biological evidence of sexual intercourse and the blood test conducted within 26 hours after the incident, it was not revealed anything that would prove Alex’s guilt. Everything else, like the guy and the girl admitted that she did not remember that night.
«In this case, there is no credible evidence of any sexual contact committed by mutual consent or without it», – said the assistant district attorney in November 2017.
Despite the fact that the guy was never charged, he was expelled from the University after information surfaced. And not so long ago he was fired from the engineering firm, when Catherine has published another Facebook post, noting employer there Alex. She also frequently noted Technological Institute of new Jersey – school where now learning guy.
In his post, Katherine attached the photo of Alex and links to his profiles on Facebook and LinkedIn. In his long message she described the alleged attack and called the guy a serial rapist.

Last week Alex has filed a lawsuit against the girl, claiming that his former classmate is leading a campaign to «destruction» of his life.
Lawyer Alex Seth Zuckerman said his client decided to sue Catherine, «because he can’t sit idly by». The guy requires girls $6 million, claiming that he inflicted emotional, moral and material damages in connection with false accusations.
