In an attempt to escape from a giant whale shark thousands of little fish have surrounded unsuspecting diver bait-ball , the so — called cocoon-bait.

Tobias Sachs and Rene Thijs sailed in the open sea off the coast of Hurghada, Eastern Egypt. Suddenly around the sacks began to gather small fish by forming a sort of cocoon. The second diver immediately started to make an unusual phenomenon.

According to Reinhart Hotta, Manager Blue Water Dive Resort, his friend Tobias was so passionate about the shimmering ball of fish that have not noticed, like a giant whale shark approached him.

«I was so glad I was able to remove it… We almost didn’t believe that it really happened,» said the astonished operator.

Many underwater enthusiasts are jealous of Tobias and Rene, who were able to see this unique show with your own eyes, says Reinhart.
