A woman from Florida who got burned with hot coffee in the Starbucks drivereceived more than $ 100,000 of compensation for the injury. The incident took place in July 2014.
Joanna Mogavero won the case in Duval County after the jury found that the coffee chain is careless to the lid, sliding the Cup of coffee, causing the hot drink and turned to the woman on her knees.
