The police of new York has never been Commissioner on women, however it may appear, when the current Commissioner of the NYPD, Jim O’neill will retire.
Today, the police is a lot of women, said O’neill, and their responsibilities, they do not worse than men, including in leadership positions. So, the training Department is headed by Terry Shortell, and Department policies against crime — Lori Pollock.

Future cops undergo extensive training before you show up for duty. However, when O’neill, following the example of his uncle, bill reedy, decided to become a COP, things were somewhat different.
«Then there were a lot of «field exercises,» says the Commissioner. — We only had a few hours of study, and then we understand ourselves.»
