Resident of Utah charged with the murder of a County Deputy Sheriff and Russian snowboarder in Los Angeles.
The incidents occurred at the beginning of this week, in one day.
30-year-old Rhett McKenzie Nelson, according to prosecutors, shot in the head assistant of the LA County Sheriff Joseph Solano in the fast food restaurant «Jack in the Box».
«Solano died in seconds, not even realizing what was happening. That day he was in civilian without a badge,» said Sheriff of Los Angeles Alex Villanueva.
An hour before the murder of the militiaman Rhett Nelson from the car shot the Russian snowboarder Dmitry Koltsov after a short dialogue. It is unknown what he was talking about men. Koltsov was declared dead at the scene. Nelson also tried to shoot the man who was with the Russian, but he was not injured.

Investigators have not established the motives of either the first or second murder. Nelson no one tried to Rob and was not familiar with the dead.
Dmitry Koltsov previously was part of national teams of Russia and Moscow in snowboarding, becoming the national champion in snowboarding, and was also into skateboarding and surfing. Two weeks before the murder he was 31 years old.
In addition, police San Diego thinks Nelson is a suspect in five armed robberies committed in June.
Following the emergence of Nelson in court is scheduled for July 22 before he will be kept in prison without the right of bail.
