Buying trading network Whole Foods, Amazon hastened to change the pricing policy in the corporate supermarkets. Already last Monday buyers pleased with the orange price tag that says Whole Foods + Amazon, which was splashed on the number of organic products: the numbers on them differed from the previous 7 — 38%.
But what if we compare them with the prices of the same items in other supermarkets? To find out where profitable purchase, the staff of the newspaper the Miami Herald has compared the cost of 10 key items of organic products in Whole Foods and in specialty outlets two retail chains — TRADER JOE’S and PUBLIX.
Test purchases were made on 29 August in Florida. Prices may vary depending on location.
