In Upper West Side construction worker was killed the foremanwho had fired him, and then killed himself.

It happened today, October 5, at about 7.10 am on the 37th floor of a newly built residential tower houses Three Waterline Square at W. 59th St. near 11th Ave.

According to the Daily News, working Samuel Perry, who was fired two days ago, went to the foreman Christopher Sayer and shot him at least three times (once in the head).

Before the murder of 44-year-old Perry gave his tools to a colleague. «This is yours now,» he said, according to witnesses, and then pulled out a gun.

After the incident, Perry ran to the fifth floor, where he was found dead in bathroom by police who inspected each floor of the building.

«He shot himself,» said NYPD police officer Christopher McCormack. «As for motive, it has to do with work.»

Colleagues say that Perry, nicknamed «the Bull» was fired after had a big fight with the foreman of the wall, which has just been posted.

«I was shocked to see him this morning,» says another worker, Robert «Spider» pagan, who met Perry at the 31st floor. «We called him Bull because he was very strong. Cool guy, explosive, with their «cockroaches» in the head. This I would not go that way, but never would have thought that it would go this far.»
