The investigation immediately engaged in the joint task force on counter-terrorism and intelligence center orange County. In less than two days for Smith, the police arrived and he was arrested on suspicion of criminal threats and confiscated guns.

As it turned out, all 9 pieces were purchased perfectly legally and officially registered to the owner.

Note that according to California law, you cannot purchase more than one unit of weapons per month — hence, the man gathered his collection for about a year.
