The man accused of manslaughter of taxi driver, which he hit on the head with a hockey stick before he was killed in a traffic accident.
Saturday, November 11, around 11:40 PM 68-year-old driver of Uber Randolph Good cut 39-year-old Kohi Kosugi at the intersection of 11th Avenue and West 20th Street.
After the incident, Kosugi came out of her car and hit the car Wing with a hockey stick. The taxi driver tried to stop him, in response he received a blow to the head.
«He fell to the ground, then the guy put his foot on his chest and began to press him to the ground», — told about the incident , Fernando MATEO of the new York Federation of taxi drivers. – «In new York you need to pay more attention to the concern of our industry.»
According to police, further events developed as follows: Sense jumped back in his car, headed South on 11th Avenue and crashed into the dividing line.

His grieving son told reporters Eyewitness Newsthat his father was a loving and devoted family man who had two sons and three grandchildren. According to him, the father’s dream was to reunite with the family that lives in Las Vegas.
The suspect, in turn, fled from the scene but was later detained by police. Kosugi claims that he is a doctor, but in public documents no information about his license to practice in new York. On his page on Facebook there is a photo where he is posing in hockey gear.
At the moment it is unknown what caused the old man’s death – blow to the head, wreck, or perhaps something else.
