Police are investigating another murder in the area of Seminole Heights in Tampa, Florida, where on October 9, was shot and killed three people.
Law enforcement officials confirmed that all the cases could be connected.
«We’re investigating the murders as a series until, until you receive evidence to the contrary», — said at a press conference, the acting chief of police of Tampa Brian Dugan.
The identity of the fourth victim has been identified as 60-year-old Ronald Felton, who, according to police, «I was supposed to meet someone,» when gunned down in cold blood from behind and thrown to the street.
At this time detectives have a witness who described the suspect as a thin man, an African American rising to about 6 feet, armed with large black handgun.
«This has to stop,» said the mayor of Tampa Bob Buckhorn. «We will hunt this man until we find him. We find before we have to inform another family that their loved one is dead.»
Local resident Phyllis Gaines woke up from loud sounds. She thought that the knock cap fuel tanks, which neighbor throws garbage, but it was the shots. «It was very scary. I guess we’re all now on the verge,» Phyllis told ABC News.

22-year-old Benjamin Mitchell, was shot dead steps from his home, waiting for a bus at North 15th Street at Frierson Avenue.
Two days later in a vacant lot half a mile from the place of death Mitchell was killed 32-year-old Monica Hoff. 20-year-old Anthony Naiboa shot and killed on October 19 in the South-East of the district.
