According to PIX11, 3 World Trade Center partially collapsed wall.
The incident was reported at 14:21. The FDNY confirmed that as a result of incident one person was injured, but his life is not in danger.
The Department also reported that the collapse was not, and the incident does not associated with it. What exactly happened is not yet known.
