8-year-old Curtis Kallman III, under the supervision of his father, accidentally had Breakfast with crystal meth, which lay on the plate. The boy took them for a dry Breakfast cereal. «This is a terrible situation for any parent,» says Jeffrey Chalfant, the Deputy General Prosecutor of Jackson County (Indiana). But further actions of the boy’s father, 41-year-old Curtis Gilbert Kallman, hardly a parent.
About 10 o’clock in the morning on 21 June, a father noticed that Curtis feels bad. He asked his girlfriend to come and watch that with a child. The woman tried to dial 911, but the child’s father took away her mobile: «I’m not going back to prison» (according to the police, he threatened her with a gun). During interrogation Kallman admitted that his son was already like «petrified» and could not move.
At my parents ‘ house, according to Kallman, his father, Donnie Coleman … he tried to give the baby CPR. But the child is not helped, he began to turn blue. Curtis Coleman … he still didn’t call 911 and didn’t ask others. And when his father, Donnie Coleman … he broke down and still scored the rescue service, fled.
According to the statement of the Prosecutor, the child suffered many hours before the adults asked for help.

Earlier, the defendant has already served time for trafficking in persons and sexual relations with minors. This Friday, Curtis Gilbert Coleman … he tried to reduce his prison sentence and to seek permission to expect sentence at home with their parents. The Prosecutor said that he would do everything that the man never left the prison walls.
The trial of Curtis Kallman will be held on 4 December 2018’m guessing 20 to 40 years of imprisonment.
