In Manayunk, a suburb of Philadelphia (PA), a man took the life of 7-year-old daughter, after which he killed himself.
The tragedy occurred in the house of 4,500 in Wilde Street, where once lived the family Mancuso: dad Jeff, mom , Catherine, Jean and their daughter, Kayden. After his parents divorced, the girl stayed with her mother and father, the court allowed each week to take my daughter to her — from 22.00 on Saturday until 18.00 Sunday. And so last weekend Jeff Mancuso, as usual, took Cayden, but Sunday night was not returned. Alarmed, Kathryn Jean went for her daughter in the house of the former husband — the dog was outside, the door no one answered. On the morning of Monday, August 6, stepfather Kayden found her on the ground floor the living — dead and the bedroom on the second floor lay the body of her father.
Police believe the girl was killed by Jeff Mancuso. The man was described as violent and with people and with animals.
«We knew it was gonna happen sooner or later. We just prayed that this did not happen,» — said the aunt of the dead girl — Heather Giglio.
Cayden was a great kid — tell her family loved to dance and enjoyed baseball. The girl’s family believes that the punishment for her death should be held and the authorities that allowed the father to be with the child. For many years Kathryn Jean tried to ban the meeting, Cayden’s father, but the court found her fears justified.
