On the eve of Halloween in Owensboro (Kentucky) received a traditional «trick or treat». And resident of Bryant Goldbach has not invented anything the best how to go for the event in a black uniform of the SS man and his son dressed in Adolf Hitler.
Their photo has caused outrage of thousands of users of social networks. First, the Goldbach wrote in Facebook that her family «just loves the story and often dresses up for Halloween in costumes of historical figures.»
The man added that he was with the boy threatened passers-by, and then the threats have moved into the network.
Later Goldbach deleted his post and apologized for their actions.
«I didn’t think it would cause such a reaction, it’s just not occurred to me. I agree that this choice of costume — a bad decision on my part,» said the man.
Rabbi Gary Matzo from Temple Adath B’nai Israel commented on the incident:
«The fact that the father apologized. But it’s also a good lesson to him and to others. Here’s a simple rule: if your suit recalls the event in which they killed millions, choose another».
