The record shows how she dances with her friend at the bar. At some point the girl turns away, and the friend jokingly slaps her on the fifth point. Angry Lagrave immediately turns around, approaches the bouncer, deciding that he was putting his hands and grabs him by the neck. After a few seconds they both fall, since the victim loses consciousness.
The man didn’t resist, because I thought that it was a «joke» by one of his friends.

Lagrave was charged with strangulation 2nd degree. The girl pleaded guilty and was released from custody until November 20, when it held a hearing.
