As a rule, fire extinguisher powder filler is made on the basis of sodium bicarbonate, sodium chloride or ammonium phosphate and ammonium sulphate. In the concentrated state, most of these substances in contact with the skin or respiratory tract may cause chemical burns.

Authorities did not specify which connection was used by the damaged device.
