A young mother died after falling from a stroller on stairs in metro new York

Last night, January 28, in the subway of new York was a tragedy.

As reported in the police Department of new York (NYPD), at the subway station 7th Avenue — 53rd Street in the borough of Manhattan, a young mother, trying to keep the stroller with the child, fell down the stairs.

The incident occurred at about 8 PM. Passengers saw the woman lying on the platform unconscious. Next to it was a fallen baby.

22-year-old Maligo Goodson from Stamford (CT) was urgently taken to hospital, but doctors could only ascertain her death. One-year-old girl was in consciousness, doctors say that the child was not injured. Now the baby is with his father.

As reported in the NYPD, is not yet known exactly how the tragedy occurred: a young woman attempted to take the stroller with the stairs or carrying it in his hands. Witnesses have not yet found.

Only forensic experts can install, Malaga Goodson died, hitting his head when falling, or she, for example, had a heart attack, from which she fell.
