The man that eradicated the eyes of his grandmother during an argument about the Bank card, he committed suicide

A resident of long island (state of new York), charged that he squeezed his eyes his grandmother over a dispute about a debit card, has committed suicide in his cell in the County jail of Suffolk.

The incident occurred on Friday, March 8, but the public representative of the Sheriff’s office reported yesterday, March 11.

Prison guard found 30-year-old Michael Grif hanged himself in his cell. The neck was taken to Southside hospital in Bay shore, but doctors could only say death.

According to Deputy Sheriff Michael Sharkey, prison officials will conduct an internal investigation and report its findings to the Department of corrections of the state of new York.

Earlier Grif pleaded not guilty to assaulting his grandmother. According to law enforcement officers, on February 19, Michael Grif were arguing with her 78-year-old grandmother about her debit card on which it exceeded the overdraft of $1000. During an argument, an elderly woman ran for help to the neighbor, but near his home Vulture pounced on grandmother and squeezed her fingers eyes. The neighbors called the police.

The woman underwent eight hours of surgery on eyes. Prosecutors said doctors gave the victim only a 1% chance that it will be able to see.

The vulture was kept in prison under bail of one million dollars. He faces up to 25 years in prison.

According to the Prosecutor Suffolk County, Timothy Blue, the man didn’t show the slightest sign of remorse, when law enforcement officers told him that his grandmother was blind. The district attorney said that the Gryphon just shrugged and looked completely indifferent.
