A resident of new Jersey, which has celebrated small need on the monument nine-year-old boy who died of brain cancer, claims he was drunk and admits that he made a «huge mistake».

May 19, 23-year-old Brian Bellas of egg Harbor city was arrested and charged with public order offences, and criminal damage to the memorial dedicated to Christian Klopp, who died in 2012. The man also broke the law when he was in the Park Mays Landing with an open bottle of alcohol.

«It was a big mistake I made. I was in an alcohol intoxication, — has told to the correspondent of Belles ABC News. — When I woke up the next day, I realized that I had made a huge mistake. I would like to return and fix it, but it has already happened».

23-year-old friend of Bellas Daniel Flippen, which presumably took a moment and then posted the video on Facebook, was also arrested.

Police said that a family friend saw the video on social networks and reported it to the relatives of the deceased child. The boy’s father, mark Klopp, published on Facebook an appeal to the men who destroyed the monument to his son.

«I don’t know either of you, wrote Klopp. — I have no idea what happened in your life that you became so indifferent to what others feel, but I hope it will serve as a alarm, and you will receive the necessary assistance.»

During the interview Bellas with ABC News he said he wants to apologize to his father Christian.

«If he told me I would have scored him, talked to him and apologized. This should not have happened,» said Bella.

Klopp also shared the post in Facebook of two local coaches, Paul Burgan and Desmond Walker, which were cleaned and disinfected memorial.

«When coach Desmond first heard about this story and contacted me, we were both recoiling from what I’ve read and heard, so felt the need to go to this memorial, clean it up and disinfect, wrote Burgan. We did not make this post to advertise, but we made this post to let people know that this is our community and we can not close our eyes to this heinous action.»

Nine-year-old Christian Klopp, who dreamed of becoming a veterinarian and to play football, died of an inoperable brain tumor in February 2012. Memorial in his memory is on the Playground in the Park Mays Landing.
