On Thursday in Queens Lyft passenger beat the driver after he demanded to go to the hospital. The driver tried to explain to the angry man without a shirt that quickly fail due to congestion, but this only further infuriated the latter and he attacked Eduardo Madedo with his fists.
Heading to Mount Sinai Hospital a couple — a man and a woman got into a taxi to the victim in Queens. After some time, the passenger began to moan, and lay down in the backseat, then took his shirt off and demanded to go faster.
He responded nervous to the customer that the lane is blocked and he can’t get up in front of other machines. To which the man replied with a demand to go into the right lane and avoid other cars. The driver is warned that, if the client will behave impolite, he will have to leave the taxi, then the man climbed into the fray, trying to climb in the front seat. His companion tried unsuccessfully to stop his partner, after which both left the taxi.
At the moment the police are looking for the aggressive passenger. Lyft permanently blocked the account of that customer, and the injured driver decided to find a less dangerous job.
