The mother of Chattanooga (tn), Tiffany Mary Roberts, throughout pregnancy using various drugs — cocaine, oxycodone, roxicodone, methamphetamine and benzodiazepine — gave birth to two premature twins who died after a couple of days. In the blood both kids were traces of drugs — including cocaine.
Roberts, 29, was arrested and charged with murder and cruel treatment of children under aggravating circumstances.
