A resident of Utah , was arrested on Saturday after she tried to impersonate his 21-year-old daughterwhen her car was stopped by police.
According to police, 38-year-old Heather Garcia was arrested and taken to jail in Daviess County. She’s facing several charges, including providing false personal information to a law enforcement officer.
The document reports that Heather Garcia was caught on the fact that he lied to authorities about his identity to avoid arrest.

According to preliminary information, Garcia was driving a silver BMW car when she was stopped on Main Street in Farmington (Utah) – police noticed that the car was not the license plate.
During a search of the car police found accessories for drug use and a white powdery substance which was sent for examination.
The police said that Garcia called himself the Mercedes, adding that she was born in 1998. Mercedes – 21-year-old daughter woman. In the end, police managed to establish a real identity were detained.

According to the records of the prisons, Heather Garcia was previously accused of possession of drugs (particularly marijuana) and possession of utensils for drug use.
She was also charged with driving without insurance and driving with suspended or revoked vehicle registration.
It is unknown whether the left Heather on bail or detained in jail in Daviess County.
