Police were chasing marijuana smokers and stumbled upon a kidnapped man chained to the pole

Wednesday, September 10, at approximately 2 a.m., NYPD officers burst into the shop on the street Bussing Avenue and Digney Avenue near Wakefield, in pursuit of two suspects who had smoked marijuana on a nearby street corner.

According to police, when they searched for suspects in the White Plans Road, the officer let them into the basement, where they found the kidnapped man. After his release, he told them that three days ago he was kidnapped by four men on a street corner in the Bronx.

The victim, who, according to sources, there is a long history of arrests, claimed that on 7 September, four suspects forced him to sit in the car at the corner of East 234 Street and White Plains Road in Wakefield. Police believe the victim knew all the suspects who allegedly kidnapped him. The NYPD is trying to figure out whether the abduction is connected with the operation of the drug trade.

Still sought is 35-year-old Richard Milwood, a store employee, who let the officers into the basement. According to police testimony, he is African American growth of about 177 cm and weighing about 90 lbs. he was last seen in black clothing.

The police have no photographs of other suspects, but they are still looking for them.
