Richardson police are looking for two young men who threatened to kidnap a child in a public Park in exchange for a mobile phone mother.
Mother Susana Posada and her three young children went for a walk in Cottonwood Park in Richardson (TX). Mother recorded video over Facebook Live and was pushing a stroller with their two year old daughter while the older children went ahead.
«Suddenly, a man comes and grabs my phone,» recalls Posada.
«When she started to resist, not to give the phone, they grabbed one of the children,» said police Sergeant Richardson Kevin Perlich.
According to Posada, her child is more important than the phone, so she let go of the device. Then one of the suspects released the child from his hands.
Neither mother nor daughter was not injured during the incident.
Posada said that in the future she will avoid public use of their device and will not return to this Park.
The police are looking for suspects. They hope the public will help them to identify and arrest teenagers.
