Family of California – beside himself with grief as their beloved dog had to be put to sleep after she crushed the packagethrown over the fence by a delivery driver of FedEx.
Keiko Napier and Mitchell Galin said that Cooper, their Yorkshire Terrier, lying in the sun in the backyard of their home in Venice (California).
According to the couple, the driver of the FedEx left a large package over the fence. The parcel landed on Cooper, who weighed only 4 pounds.

«He was lying in a pool of blood, told Mitchell Galin. We immediately took him to the vet who informed us that Cooper is a serious damage to the lungs and liver. To save him was impossible, and our pet had to be put down. It was a terrible day. It was painful to watch, as Cooper suffered».
The pair called FedEx to implement a policy that would ban drivers throw packages over the fence.
According to them, their grandchildren often play in the yard, and flying parcel could harm not only the little York or children, but adults as well. In the premise, which killed Cooper, was a hard glass bowl and a set of «Scrabble».
FedEx said that will cover the bills for the vet.
