Chicago police asked for help in solving crimes to the local people

Shootings of bystanders

Seven year old Giselle, dressed in a suit Minnie mouse, was shot in the neck and chest, but miraculously survived.

Witnesses also provided a video that helped locate the vehicle involved in the murder 16 Dec 16-year-old Angie Monroy. This helped to quickly solve the crime.

Guglielmi said that police had never seen «this level of cooperation and involvement» of the inhabitants of the little Village. The press Secretary also expressed gratitude to the leadership of the Ogden police district, which patrols the little village, for «improved relations» with the people».

Benjamin «benny» Estrada, a former gang member, who spent many years working with troubled Teens, said residents of the area — and even some members of the gang, tired of violence.
