Firefighters rescued three people after more than 60 cars were caught in water trap on the highway 610 East Loop.
Fire chief Samuel peña said the tanker arrived in the affected areas of the city because of concerns that low water pressure can disrupt the normal opportunity fire.

Turner told reporters that private contractors trying to fix a small leak, moved the soil around a 96-inch water line in East Houston when she broke around noon on Thursday.
«The closer they approached the location of the leak, removing the soil, the faster flowing water», — said Turner.
According to him, the 35-year-old pipe has provided up to 50 percent of the city water.
