The body of 2-year-old boy was discovered in the pool house, which held a wedding. The incident took place in Birmingham (al).
Mother of Markawasi Swica told Birmingham police that the child was seen at the pool before it is gone. However, for some reason, the initial inspection of the pool gave nothing. The child, apparently, sank to the bottom, never found.
Only a few hours later, when the police struggled trying to get a search warrant as soon as possible, a small Markavian was discovered in the pool.
In the police report that the cause of death was drowning.
«We do not believe that it is the deliberate killing or infliction of bodily injury to the child,» said Lieutenant Sean Edwards Daily News via email Tuesday. «The incident was a terrible accident.»
On the wedding ceremony and subsequent dinner, during which the boy went missing, was from 50 to 70 people.
