The founder of the Guardian Angels, Curtis Plum, was arrested Tuesday morning at Gracie Mansion, home of new York mayor bill de Blasio on East End Ave. near E. 88th St.. Known host of radio talk show prevented the motorcade of the mayor.

63-year-old Plum was taken into custody about 8: 30 a.m. in connection with the «creation of barriers to the transport stream» and taken to the 19th police station.
