The fatal incident on the ride Fire Ball at the fair in Ohio occurred due to «excessive corrosion».
This was reported by representatives of the KMG – manufacturer of amusement rides from the Netherlands.

All the rides were immediately shut down for inspection. Now the representatives of the Dutch company announced its results.
«The thickness of the mounting over the years has become thin due to corrosion, after which it just broke down,» — said albert UNDC, Manager of KMG. He also said that the attraction in Ohio had more than 15 years.
«KMG has worked with the inspectors at security who will now separately to check these mounts, in order to avoid tragedies,» added boa.
Meantime, the company has issued a decree on closing all the rides and Fire Ball like him in the United States and around the world.
The family of the deceased guy is going to file a lawsuit on KMG. Tyler Carrillo was 18 years old and just enlisted in the marine Corps, reports the NY Post.
