«The actions of second Lieutenant Rapone in no way reflect the values of the United States Military Academy or the U.S. army,» — said in a statement, West point.
Before studying at the Academy the guy was a marine and served in Afghanistan. Repon told the Associated Pressthat at first he was reprimanded for conduct unbecoming of an officer.
