A man has filed a lawsuit against the Spa after employee touched the genitals of the client

8 Sep 34-year-old Ronnie Arnau from Woodland Park (NJ) wanted to get a high quality massage at new York Spa Living Fresh Men on West 22nd Street, where he went together with her husband.

According to the lawsuit in Manhattan Supreme court, shortly after the beginning of the procedure, the therapist Pei Chan began to focus «exclusively on the buttocks Arnau». It lasted long enough until the man began to feel uncomfortable, according to the indictment document.

Then, according to Arnau, Chan put his fingers under his buttocks and «started to caress her» genitals.

«Under no circumstances Arnau did not indicate, verbally or otherwise, that he agreed to Chan touched his penis,» reads the lawsuit.

Arnau was so shocked by the actions of the employee of the Spa that «just stopped» while the therapist «threw him a towel and told that he turned upside down,» according to the prosecution.

«Arnau has risen sharply with the massage table and demanded that Chan left the room,» — said in court documents. The client immediately called police, who arrested the masseuse, blossom hands. He was charged with «forcible touching and sexual abuse».

Employee retsepshine at Living Fresh Men, who introduced Post Sean, said that Chan is still working at the Spa. He added that the masseur provides services to clients for over a decade, and indicated that their salon is not engaged in obscene things.

Lawyer Arnau, Carrie Goldberg, said that the salon knew about the claims of her client, but ignored them.

«Spa by silence and inaction — is the idea that homosexuals in the salons of gay consent to unwanted touching by staff, she said. — The vast majority of people go to spas for therapy and relaxation, not sex.»
