New Jersey passed a bill which will eliminate trump from the election in 2020, if he will not show his tax returns

President Donald trump may skip voting in the presidential election of 2020 in new Jersey. The fact is that on February 21, the state Senate approved a bill that will exclude the last name of trump or any other candidate from the ballot if he did not release their tax returns.

The Senate of new Jersey, led by Democrats, is trying to force the President to present his income for the last 5 years. This attempt not the first. In 2017, a similar bill already was passed by state legislators, but former Governor Chris Christie , the first Republican, won the election in new Jersey for 12 years, veto it.

A similar bill has been presented about 30 times across the United States, but has never been enacted. New Jersey could become the first state that will require candidates to submit their Declaration. But first the measure must pass through the legislature and then signed by the newly elected Governor, Democrats Phil Murphy.

By the way, not all democratic representatives agreed with the need for such decisions.

«Today we are required a tax return, but what’s next? said in 2017 the former Governor of California Jerry brown — a Democrat, who vetoed a similar measure in his state. — Five year old medical records? A certified birth certificate? Report cards from high school? And will these requirements change depending on which political party is in power?»

Tax returns trump were under the eye of his opponents beginning in 2016. He refused to disclose his taxes, citing a «continuous» test of the IRS (IRS).
