The former head of the school district of new Jersey Thomas W. Tramaglino, who was nicknamed «mysterious gadelshina,» said that the police had tarnished his name by publishing a photo which quickly became «viral».
In October, Tramaglino pleaded guilty to having a bowel movement on the territory of Holmdel High School. His lawyer Matthew Adams called on to investigate.
«The life of Thomas Tramaglino was destroyed,» wrote Adams in a letter to the attorney General of new Jersey Gabiru Gruau.
In may 2018 the police said that suspects a school official in the emergence of «human feces», which every day found around the treadmill. Later, his photo posted on the police page in Facebook.
«Due to publishing pictures in the media they began to accuse him in abnormal, antisocial behaviour,» wrote Adams in a letter in which he alleged that his client publicly defecate due to «emergencies».
Earlier Tramaglino defended himself, stating that he was suffering from a medical condition called «Diarrhea of the runners» (Runners Diahrrea).
«With age, everything became worse, — said the head of the school district NJ.com. But I still run 40 miles a week.»
Lawyer Travaglini says that the police has published pictures before his client was charged with a criminal offence. As a result, he was humiliated and was forced to retire in July after 20 years of service in the school. His case became viral, he was given the nickname «Pooperintendent of Schools».
«Tramaglino can not remove information from the Internet that was placed there by the police Department Holmdel, so it must be brought to justice,» said Adams.
The only thing the defender explained why his client chose the school area and the same place. The officer was charged with indecent exposure, public defecation and pollution of public places.
