37-year-old Lynn Voyton mother from Manhattan — had insisted on going to feed the baby breast, believing that this is the most healthy approach. But Babysitting the child decided otherwise. And now the new mother is suing the woman, claiming the right.
Wojton, who lives in upscale Union square and directs the center for cosmetic treatment Center Asethetics & Dermatology, filed a lawsuit against his caregivers that helped her to look after her newborn daughter Wilder. The woman demands $10 thousand as compensation for the fact that the nanny gave the baby a bottle of baby food.
«I was very upset, said 37-year-old Wojton. Is not what I wanted — that’s not what I want for my child. Honestly, I cried for an hour.»
According to the mother, the nurse Marcia chase-Marshall slept in the same room with her and the baby and had to Wake her every time you hear crying in the Wilder so she could feed her. According to the lawsuit, filed in Manhattan Supreme court, on the third night after the birth of their daughter nanny was too tired to Wake up, Wojton and maintain it over a long process of breastfeeding, so the woman decided to give the baby some formula.
«I have nothing to say,» said chase-Marshall, when she was asked by the journalists of the Post.
Wojton, that paid the nurse $4200, claims that she fled after she was caught red-handed. More she didn’t see her.
«Your instincts start to work, — said Wojton. — This was the last straw of how she behaved and how they spoke to me.»
The mother told The Post that chase-Marshall constantly criticised everything she did, starting with how she changed diapers, ending with caring for a newborn.
According to Waiton she had found a new nanny, and now they have a daughter, March 9, marks exactly 6 months, it’s all right. But the woman still wants to seek and obtain compensation for the damages.
